Slow Cooker Cabbage Roll Soup
1lb ground beef 1 onion diced
2 cloves minced garlic 5 or so carrots diced
Some leftover rice 1 carton beef broth
28oz tomato sauce or pasta sauce
Adobo seasoning Italian seasoning
Brown sugar Water
In a pan, brown the ground beef and season with Adobo.
Add the onion and cook for a few minutes, then add the garlic.
Cook another few minutes.
Meanwhile add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker.
Add the cooked meat mixture to the slow cooker.
Add sauce and broth and a cup or more of water.
Add Italian seasoning, brown sugar and Adobo to taste.
Cook on low for 5 hours or so.
Serve with dinner rolls.
